Pay It Forward
A couple weeks ago I received a beautiful package from Marie over at Dirt Under My Nails. I was very excited to learn that I was one of her participants in her Pay It Forward contest. She sent me the most amazing gift---how sweet is this:

She sent an adorable ghost, some homemade soap (nice!), and some yummy chocolate. In addition she made a donation to the Divine Chocolate Fund where the money will be used to dig wells, fund schools, and provide mobile medical clinics to the chocolate farming region of Ghana--how cool it that!
So, now it is my turn to pay it forward. If you want to play, just be one of the first three people to leave a comment telling me you want to pay it forward. The only rule is that you have to pay it forward on your blog for three other people. You can send whatever will put a smile on their face. So what am I sending...you'll have to play to find out, but I've got some really cool things in mind.
Leave a comment and let me know you want to play.
Cheers,
Deb

My 9-5
Well, its actually 7-3:30, but you get the idea. Thought it might be fun to show you where I spend 40 hours of my week. I forgot to take a photo of my actual office---it's not very exciting, but I'll get some of those up next week. I work as an administrative assistant (aka, secretary, receptionist, errand runner, lunch getter). I work with 20 guys and I'm the only female---makes for interesting days. They know who's in charge though :)
I work at a plant that burns wood chips to create energy---yep, it's a renewable energy plant!
Anywho, each day when I arrive at the plant this is the first thing I see. I took this bright and early at 7a.m.--still dark out, but I love the photo. This is near the area where the semi trucks dump the wood.

Here's how the trucks dump their chips--pretty cool huh???

After the chips get dumped a conveyor takes them over to the wood pile and the fuel handler mixes them in with the other chips---the fuel yard operates 24/7.

Do you work outside the home? What do you do? I think it's always interesting to hear what others do for their 9-5.
Cheers,
Deb
